1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this site and every order placed with Apex Amino ("we", "us"). By using this site, confirming the eligibility statements on our verification page, or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Research use only

Every product we supply is intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified professionals. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices, and they are not approved for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition.

Products must not be administered to humans or animals, resold for human or veterinary use, or used in any clinical, therapeutic or diagnostic setting. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a recommendation to use any compound in a living subject.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years of age;
• you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes only;
• you have the training, facilities and qualifications needed to handle research materials safely;
• you will comply with all laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, import, handling, storage and disposal of the materials in your jurisdiction.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the eligibility statements above are untrue, where the order appears to be for personal use, or where supply would breach any law or regulation.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store full payment card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you supply. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs clearance, and for confirming that the materials may lawfully be imported into your country.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or temperature-compromised items. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or short, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will replace or refund the affected items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the claim is agreed. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the fault is ours.

8. Product information and testing

Analytical data, certificates of analysis, purity figures and descriptions are provided in good faith for research reference. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and expressly no warranty of fitness for human or veterinary use.

It is your responsibility to verify that a material is suitable for your intended research application before use.

9. Buyer responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the safe handling, labelling, storage, use and disposal of all materials once delivered, and for the conduct of your research. You must not relabel, misbrand, repackage for human use, or resell our products in a way that breaches these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss, injury or damage arising from misuse of our products, including any use in or on a human or animal body.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Apex Amino, its officers, employees and suppliers harmless against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these terms or from your handling or use of the materials supplied.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, branding, logos and images, belongs to Apex Amino or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
